Hyon Kim, MD

Dr. Hyon Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (Rutgers-RWJMS). She earned her medical degree from Rutgers-RWJMS where she also stayed to complete her residency training in Internal Medicine. This was followed by a clinical fellowship in Endocrinology at New York University. During her fellowship, she did clinical research on dopamine-agonist resistant prolactinomas and hypophysitis under the mentorship of Dr. Nidhi Agrawal. Dr. Kim joined the Rutgers-RWJMS faculty in 2021. She is a member of AACE and the Endocrine Society. Her areas of clinical interest include diabetes, pituitary disorders and general endocrinology.
